Potatoes with Jeera

Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch squares
- 1/2 tsp of whole cumin seeds
- 1 chopped green chillie
- chopped coriander leaves
- 1/8 tsp tumeric powder
- salt to taste
- 2-3 tsp oil
Instructions:
- Heat oil in pan on medium heat
- Add the cumin seeds
- When the seeds change color, add the potatoes
- Mix briefly, add the other ingredients, except the coriander leaves
- Stir for about 2 minutes
- Lower heat to med-low and allow to cook uncovered
- Once cooked, add the coriander leaves and serve
