July 20, 2018 – Green chutney fish and stir fry

Today daddy made up a fish recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fish (we used turbot)
  • oil
  • green chutney
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry dill (2 pinches)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients into a marinade for the fish
  2. Put fish in aluminum foil and then coat in the marinade
  3. Grill fish in foil at 400 degrees F for 5 min (Veena might prefer 5.5-6 min), then serve.

The stir fry we made used this recipe, minus the fish sauce, and with only one chili, finely choppped:
