Tabouleh

Ingredients:
- 3 bunches of parsley
- 1/2 cup of chopped mint leaves
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 finely chopped cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon of coriander
- salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon last time)
- 1/2-1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 cup of bulgur wheat
- 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced
