Tabouleh

Ingredients:

  • 3 bunches of parsley
  • 1/2 cup of chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 teaspoon of coriander
  • salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon last time)
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/2 cup of bulgur wheat
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced
