Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients:
- One pound ground chicken thigh
- 2 heaped tsp ground dehydrated onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tsp shaan sheekh kabab mix
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Cooking instructions:
Grill: 400-425 degrees, 2 min on one side, 2 min on other side, then flip again and do 4 min and then 3 min.
