Creamy scrambled eggs

Instructions:

  1. Put pan on very low heat.
  2. Crack 1 egg in pan, break yolk and mix with spatula.
  3. Add thin square of butter, 2 tablespoons of milk, and cheese to taste (I normally do 1/2 a slice), and mix.
  4. Keeping the pan on very low heat, start slowly pulling the mixture across the pan with the spatula
  5. After several minutes, the mixture will start to thicken and then clump until you get creamy scrambled eggs (don’t worry if it doesn’t happen immediately, it takes a little longer than cooking eggs the regular way).
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also add mix of finely chopped onion, tomato and cilantro.
