Confetti Cookies

Adjustments for next time:

Let dough rest over night in fridge, flavor is better
Make them smaller than recipe calls for, recipe instructions make huge cookies
Be careful not to overbake, way better if they’re not crispy and instead maintain the chewy texture. Will need to bake for less time since they’re smaller
