Berman’s Blueberry Pie Crumble

Recipe from Jon and Audrey:
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/4 pound softened butter
- 1 box of blueberries
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of melted butter
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- ice water
- 1/3-1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Mix the 1.5 cups of flour, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 lb softened butter in a bowl with a fork until crumbly.
- Add 2 tbsp of ice water, to help it crumble (can add more if necessary).
- Split the crumble in half. Press half of it into the pie plate to make a crust.
- Put the washed blueberries in the pie.
- Mix the sugar, cinnamon and 2 tbsp of flour in a bowl, then pour over the blueberries.
- Cover the pie with the other half of the crumbles.
- Dot the top of the pie with melted butter and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
