Adjustments I made: 75% of sugar the recipe calls for, could do slightly more spice (ginger, cinammon, nutmeg, clove) than the recipe calls for

Icing recipe from Claire Saffitz youtube channel:
– 8 oz unsalted butter, browned
– 16 oz room temp cream cheese
– 1 lb of powdered sugar (we did closer to 3/4 of a lb)
– pinch of salt
– 1-2 tsp vanilla extract (she uses 1 vanilla bean)
