Creamy scrambled eggs

Instructions:
- Put pan on very low heat.
- Crack 1 egg in pan, break yolk and mix with spatula.
- Add thin square of butter, 2 tablespoons of milk, and cheese to taste (I normally do 1/2 a slice), and mix.
- Keeping the pan on very low heat, start slowly pulling the mixture across the pan with the spatula
- After several minutes, the mixture will start to thicken and then clump until you get creamy scrambled eggs (don’t worry if it doesn’t happen immediately, it takes a little longer than cooking eggs the regular way).
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also add mix of finely chopped onion, tomato and cilantro.
