Cumin and dill salmon skewers

Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon
- 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon amchoor (dried green mango powder, if you don’t have it, it’s okay to leave out)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Anywhere from 1/2 teaspoon to 2 teaspoons of dill, depending on preference (fresh is best, but dried also works well)
Instructions:
- Mix all of the spices.
- Cut salmon fillet into 1 inch thick cross sections, put on bamboo skewers.
- Spray fish with oil, and sprinkle spices on both sides.
- Grill at 400 degrees, first side for 2 minutes (start timing after you put all the pieces on the grill) and 1.5 minutes for second side.
