Fruit Tart with Pavan

Crust recipe:
- Oven to 350F
- Mix 1c flour, ΒΌ powdered sugar, 1/4t salt
- Add 1/2c SOFTENED NOT MELTED butter, zest of 1 orange (or 1T liquor) 1/2t vanilla. Stir.
- Press into tart pan, bake up to 20 min. Definitely check after 15, want it very lightly browned/golden
- May look like not enough dough, need to press very thin, but it’s ok, it puffs up a lot
- 20 min cook time may be too much – def turn, check early
