Roasted cauliflower with yogurt tahini sauce

Ingredients for cauliflower:
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 heaped tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4-1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4-1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2-1 tsp dry dill
- chopped cilantro
Ingredients for sauce:
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2-3 tbsps fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp sumac
- harissa powder to taste
- water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, with baking sheet in the oven
- Wash and break cauliflower into 1-1.5 inch florets
- Mix oil and spices for cauliflower, and then toss cauliflower in the oil and spice mix
- Once the oven is hot, put cauliflower in for 30 minutes, making sure to move them around a bit after 15 minutes
- While the cauliflower is cooking, mix all the sauce ingredients, and then add water until desired consistency
- Once cauliflower is cooked, drizzle with sauce and olive oil, and garnish with cilantro and/or sesame seeds
