Crispy tilapia with haldi etc.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb tilapia
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchoor (green mango powder)
  • 1/2-1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fish masala (shan spice mix for fish seasoning)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix all of the spices. Then spray fish with oil, coat both sides of the fish in the spices and then in semolina
  2. Heat pan on high, then turn to medium heat and cook fish (1 min on each side for thin pieces, 1.5 minutes on each side for thicker pieces).
  3. Leave fish on plate for 3-4 minutes, it’ll keep cooking and be done
