Green chutney

Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of cilantro
- half an onion
- 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
- tablespoon of lemon juice
- handful of mint leaves (optional)
- 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 a teaspoon of cumin powder
- salt to taste (start with 1/2 teaspoon, add more if necessary)
- green chili to taste
Instructions:
- Can use a blender, magic bullet, nutribullet, vitamix etc, whatever you have.
- Start by blending the onion and lemon juice.
- Then throw everything else in. If using a blender, take the leaves off the stems, if using something more powerful you can leave the stems in.
- If using a magic bullet, the grinder blade works better.
- Can add a little bit of water if the blender is getting stuck.
- Once everything is blended, let sit in the fridge for a couple of days, the flavor will improve.
